Our store and website are hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These terms, are only in English language.

6 - Online store
6.1 These Terms will apply without any restrictions to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. By placing an order you are considered to have red and agreed this Terms. Those terms prevail on any other documents.
6.2 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
6.3 You declare to be informed by the lack of reliability of the Internet, particularly about security issues related to virus or data transmission, non guaranteed access to our website, non guaranteed performances in terms of speed and volume of data transmission. We recommend you to do the necessary regarding safety solutions on your exectronic device (eg. computer, smartphone or tablet) in order to avoid virus transmission.
6.4 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors.
6.5 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
6.6 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. YASUTO KIMURA shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the pictures YASUTO KIMURA products displayed on the yasutokimura.com website. 6.7 We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
6.8 Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in an immediate ending of your services.
7 - Purchase - Order confirmation
7.1 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
7.2 We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
7.3 If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that materal is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
7.4 Despite keeping a close eye on the stock of fabrics, depending on the stock status of the supplier and the transition of the collections/seasons, it may not be possible to accomodate the choice of fabric by customer, or it may take much longer time for the fabric to be restocked. In case of the delay in delivery date or the inability to accomodate your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.The order will be cancelled if the required fabric for the ordered item cannot be restocked.
8 - Delivery time
8.1 You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., damaged products, open package, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
YASUTO KIMURA is not liable for any delays in delivery.
8.2 YASUTO KIMURA is not responsible for any additional shipping costs, local taxes or duties.
9 - Returns & exchanges
9.1 We provide returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order only if the item is defective or if the item you delivered is different from the item ordered.
9.2 Since YASUTO KIURA is made to order, please beware that it will take some time before the replacement item could be shipped.
9.3 The Buyer must ask for a return or exchange within this period by sending an e-mail to sales@yasutokimura.com.
9.4 The return costs are supported by the buyer.
9.5 We advise the Buyer to use the insurance of his forwarder to secure the parcel.
9.6 The Buyer must send its return parcel within 14 days after the sending of the e-mail.
9.7 The goods must be send in the original parcel with all accessories and tags.
9.8 The goods must be returned in a perfect condition.
9.9 Will not be accepting any dirty goods, stained, used, damaged, washed, or anything making it unsuitable for reselling.
9.10 The refund will be made within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
9.11 If the return is not accepted, the parcel will be send back to the buyer at the delivery address.
10 - Privacy
10.1 We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you. We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly.

ASUTO KIMURA places on the User's terminal a cookie of measurement of audience allowing to measure the frequentation of the Site by this User. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.
It only allows the production of anonymous statistics which will in no case be cross-checked with other treatments. All computers have the ability to decline cookies.
